1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of growthforge.cloud. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate signed agreement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement wins.

2. Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You may not:

• Copy, republish or resell our content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape the site at a scale that degrades it
• Use the site for anything unlawful

3. Our content

All content on this site (copy, design, graphics, logos, code and video) is owned by Growthforge or licensed to us, and protected by copyright. Client work shown on this site remains the property of those clients and is displayed with permission.

4. Your content

If you send us material (briefs, footage, brand assets, logins), you confirm you have the right to do so. You keep ownership of it. You grant us permission to use it only as needed to deliver the services you’ve engaged us for.

5. Services and quotes

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Prices, timelines and scope are confirmed in a written proposal, and a service relationship only begins once a proposal is signed and any required deposit is paid.

6. Third-party costs

Ad spend, software licences, hosting, domains, AI usage and stock assets are billed to you directly by those providers and are not included in our fees. You hold the accounts and the billing relationship.

7. No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on your market, product, pricing, budget and factors outside anyone’s control. We commit to the standard of work described in your agreement. Unless your signed agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, reach or conversion outcomes, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does.

8. Third-party links

This site links to third-party services. We’re not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growthforge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including lost profits, revenue or data) arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud where that limitation would be unlawful.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Growthforge against claims arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
