Who we are

Growthforge (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides marketing, design, development and automation services. This policy explains what we collect from visitors to growthforge.cloud and people who contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you book a call or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number where provided, and whatever you tell us about your business.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect standard analytics: pages visited, approximate location by region, device and browser type, and the site that referred you. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

Cookies and tracking

Our analytics work without cookies, and this site does not currently run advertising pixels. If that changes, we’ll update this policy and ask for your consent to non-essential cookies first.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call
• To provide services if you become a client
• To improve the website and understand what content is useful
• To send you occasional updates, only if you’ve explicitly opted in

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use third-party services to run our business, and your data may pass through them:

• Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel
• Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics
• Email: Google
• Scheduling: Cal.com

Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We only share what’s necessary for them to perform their function.

Data we handle for clients

When we run ads, CRMs or AI agents for a client, we process their customers’ enquiries on the client’s behalf, under the client’s instructions and our written agreement with them. That data belongs to the client, and we use it only to deliver the service.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don’t become clients: 24 months, then deleted.
• Client records: for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years, where required for tax and accounting.
• Analytics data: as retained by our analytics provider.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete your data, where we’re not legally required to keep it
• Stop using it for marketing
• Provide it in a portable format

Email growthforge.cloud@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it, you can complain to the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we’ll notify you promptly if a breach affects your data.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above will change, and material changes will be flagged on the site.
